Product Features

Properties:

Content ≥ 99%. White to off-white crystalline powder with a slight odor. Relative density: 1.09. Melting point: 212–219 °C. Boiling point: 313 °C.

Solubility:

At 25 °C, solubility is 35.1 g/100 mL in ethanol, 39.0 g/100 mL in acetone, 48.8 g/100 mL in ethyl acetate, and 1.5 g/100 mL in benzene. Insoluble in water and poorly soluble in gasoline.

Product Advantages

Excellent Antioxidant Performance: Effective at low dosage with outstanding antioxidant efficiency.

High Safety: Low toxicity, odorless, and environmentally friendly, with no adverse impact on products or the environment.

Good Stability: High melting point with excellent thermal stability, good compatibility, strong resistance to extraction, low volatility, and no discoloration under light exposure.

Wide Application Range: Widely used as an antioxidant, anti-aging agent, light stabilizer, and polymerization inhibitor in rubber, plastics, synthetic resins, paints, coatings, and related materials.

Applications

Anti-aging Agent:

Used in rubber products to delay the aging of vulcanized rubber. It improves heat resistance, oil resistance, and flex-crack resistance without causing discoloration or contamination of rubber products.

Antioxidant:

Applied in lubricating oils and biodiesel to interrupt oxidative chain reactions, extend the oxidation induction period, and effectively slow down oil degradation.

Light Stabilizer:

Used in paints, coatings, and adhesives, where it strongly absorbs ultraviolet light in the 280–310 nm range and provides excellent photothermal stability.

Polymerization Inhibitor:

Exhibits good solubility and chemical stability in resins without affecting their physical or chemical properties. It enhances resin storage stability with minimal impact on gelation time and demonstrates effective inhibition performance under low-pressure conditions.
