From October 10 to 12, the AAES2024 Natural Health Products Industry Conference and AAES2024 Natural Health Products Exhibition sponsored by Zhiti Bridge were officially held in Nanjing International Exhibition Center, Nanjing, Jiangsu Province.
L&P Food Ingredient Co., Ltd brought its well-known products: phosphatidylserine, oat β-glucan, and resistant dextrin to the exhibition, which attracted extensive attention from many exhibitors. In addition, the new products β-hydroxy-β-methylbutyrate calcium (Ca-HMB) and Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) also made a stunning appearance at the Zhitiqiao exhibition.
Exhibition site review
During the three-day exhibition, L&P Food Ingredient Co., Ltd exhibited five products - Phosphatidylserine, Oat β-Glucan, Resistant Dextrin, β-hydroxy-β-methylbutyrate calcium, and cetamide ethanol, with its excellent quality attracting many industry customers to visit, exchange negotiations, and jointly explore cooperation opportunities and industry development trends.

Product introduction
1. Phosphatidylserine (PS)
Phosphatidylserine is a natural phospholipid compound. In a variety of phospholipids in the human body, PS content is very small, but its function is unique, and it is the most important phospholipid component of the brain.
This product is prepared from non-transgenic soybean or sunflower seed lecithin and L-serine by enzymatic conversion. It can be used in yogurt, milk powder, beverages, health capsules, and other products.
2. Oat Beta-Glucan
Oat Beta-Glucan is generally considered a healthy, nutritious grain with a long history of consumption.
Oat β-Glucan is a natural water-soluble dietary fiber extracted from oat bran by advanced biotechnology. It is a viscous polysaccharide composed of monosaccharide D-glucose units connected and is a unique active component in oat. China approved oat β-glucan as a new food raw material; Countries and territories such as the US FDA and the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) have also approved health claims regarding Oat Beta-Glucan.
3. Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA)
Palmitoylethanolamide is a naturally occurring fatty acid compound, which exists endogenous in animal and plant cells. In humans, PEA is part of the extended family of endocannabinoids that act as protective and repair molecules that support the body's ability to repair itself and have anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
4.Calcium beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate(Ca-HMB)
Ca-HMB, for short, is a calcium salt of beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate (HMB).
Widely found in a variety of foods, HMB is also a naturally occurring secondary metabolite of the body's essential amino acid leucine during metabolism and plays a key role in cellular signaling pathways that control muscle protein synthesis and degradation, helping to prevent or alleviate the process of muscle loss, helping to improve athletic performance, increase lean muscle mass, and improve overall health.
In 2011, the first announcement of the Ministry of Health approved β-hydroxy-β-methylbutyrate calcium (Ca-HMB) as a new food raw material, and expanded its application scope in 2017.
