Forging Ahead on a New Journey, Uniting Strength for Innovation — L&P Foods Holds the 2025 Annual Work Conference

On January 20, L&P Food Ingredient Co., Ltd. (L&P Foods) held its 2025 Annual Work Conference to comprehensively review and summarize its achievements in 2024, and to outline and deploy key priorities and tasks for 2025. The conference called on all employees to take hard work as the pen and responsibility as the ink, and to commit fully to achieving all operational targets in 2025—demonstrating renewed commitment, delivering tangible results, and fostering a new phase of sound and sustainable development for L&P Foods.

The meeting emphasized that in 2024, L&P Foods successfully withstood downward economic pressures and intensified market competition, achieving a breakthrough against the trend. Remarkable results were delivered in market expansion, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement, leading to simultaneous growth in both revenue and profit.

The meeting further called on all cadres and employees of L&P Foods to demonstrate responsibility and commitment through concrete action in 2025. With a proactive, enterprising mindset and a “sprint from the starting line” approach, the company aims to ensure the effective implementation and execution of all operational objectives for 2025.

Yan Zhuansong delivered a concluding address, affirming L&P Foods’ achievements in 2024 and setting out clear requirements for the next phase of work:

1. Expand the market — Demonstrate resilience and determination, closely track market trends, intensify market development efforts, break new ground with renewed momentum, and continuously increase product market share.

2. Reduce costs — Further tap into cost-reduction potential by strengthening cross-functional collaboration across production, supply, and sales, working in concert to improve cost efficiency and overall effectiveness.

3. Prevent risks — Enhance risk prevention and control across areas including market risks, production safety, technical confidentiality, and capital management, ensuring steady and rapid corporate development.

4. Strengthen Party building — Leverage the Party organization’s role as a stronghold and the exemplary role of Party members, reinforce Party leadership, unify efforts, and support high-quality development.

5. Uphold integrity — Address issues early and proactively, focus on key positions and critical processes, strengthen anti-corruption safeguards, and continue fostering a culture of loyalty, integrity, and accountability.

During the same period, a year-end and pre–Spring Festival safety supervision and inspection was carried out. Yan Zhuansong conducted on-site inspections of key workshops, gaining a detailed understanding of pre-holiday shutdown and parking safety measures as well as the storage conditions of hazardous materials.

Yan Zhuansong emphasized the need to tighten and fully implement safety responsibilities at all levels, firmly uphold safety red lines and bottom lines, and—aligned with the Three-Year Action Plan for Addressing Root Causes of Production Safety Risks—effectively rectify major hidden hazards. He also called for the full implementation of all pre–Spring Festival safety arrangements, strengthened duty rosters and on-call coverage, and enhanced emergency management to ensure safe and stable operations throughout the Spring Festival period.

Following this, Yan Zhuansong carried out pre–Spring Festival outreach and support activities, extending festive greetings and organizational care to employees facing difficulties and demobilized veterans of L&P Foods.

At the support meeting with employees in need, Yan Zhuansong gained an in-depth understanding of their family situations and the challenges they face in daily life, encouraging them to remain confident, stay optimistic, and work with dedication.

At the veterans’ appreciation meeting, Yan Zhuansong carefully listened to the veterans’ views and suggestions on the company’s development, and urged them to carry forward the fine traditions of the military, maintain high morale and firm convictions, and work together to contribute to the company’s continued development.
