Innovation-Driven Development, United Efforts for a New Chapter — L&P Foods Successfully Held a Job Innovation Training Program

Recently, the Trade Union of L&P Foods, in collaboration with the Wengyuan County Federation of Trade Unions, successfully organized a Job Innovation Training Program. The training aimed to thoroughly implement the important instructions of President Xi on advancing the reform of the industrial workforce, as well as the guiding principles of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, strengthen the management foundation of team leaders, and enhance the company’s overall innovation-driven development capability.

The event received strong support from the Wengyuan County Federation of Trade Unions, while the L&P Foods Trade Union made careful and thorough preparations, effectively creating a valuable learning and development platform for employees. All team leaders and above-level management personnel of the Wengyuan plant participated in the training.

At the opening mobilization meeting, Mr. Yang Fengnian, General Manager and Chairman of the Trade Union of L&P Foods, emphasized that amid increasingly fierce and fast-changing market competition, innovation has become the core driving force for enterprises to achieve sustainable development. He encouraged all participants to integrate what they learned into practical work and actively contribute to the company’s innovative growth.

The training was conducted in two sessions. During the program, the instructor, drawing on extensive experience and professional expertise, explained job innovation methods and practices in a clear and accessible manner through real-world case studies. Guided by the concept of “Five Focuses and Five Initiatives,” the training provided an in-depth explanation of how to strengthen team and workshop-level management. Participants listened attentively and engaged actively, creating a strong and positive learning atmosphere.
