Innovation Empowering Development, Unity Driving New Achievements — L&P Foods Successfully Holds Position-Based Innovation Training

Recently, the Labor Union of L&P Food Ingredient Co., Ltd. (L&P Foods), in collaboration with the Wengyuan County Federation of Trade Unions, successfully organized a position-based innovation training program. The training aimed to thoroughly implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions on advancing the reform of the industrial workforce, as well as the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, strengthen frontline and team-leader management capabilities, and enhance the company’s overall capacity for innovative development.
The program received strong support from the Wengyuan County Federation of Trade Unions, while the L&P Foods Labor Union made thorough preparations to provide employees with a valuable platform for learning and professional growth. All team leaders and above-level managers of L&P Foods participated in the training.

At the kickoff meeting, Yang Fengnian, General Manager of L&P Foods and Chairman of the Labor Union, emphasized that amid intensifying and rapidly changing market competition, innovation has become the core driver of sustainable development. He encouraged participants to integrate what they learned and apply it in practice, contributing actively to the company’s innovation-led growth.

The training was conducted in two phases. During the sessions, the instructor drew on extensive experience and professional expertise, combining real-world case studies to explain position-based innovation methods and practices in a clear and engaging manner. Guided by the “Five Focuses and Five Initiatives” framework, the instructor provided an in-depth discussion on strengthening team and frontline unit development. Participants listened attentively and engaged actively, creating a highly interactive and enthusiastic learning atmosphere throughout the program.
