L&P Foods Convenes Post–Spring Festival Resumption of Work and Production Meeting

Following the Spring Festival holiday, L&P Foods acted swiftly to convene a post–Spring Festival resumption of work and production meeting, deploying safety production arrangements for the period after the holiday and laying a solid foundation for a strong start and high-quality development in the new year.
On February 5, Jiang Qiguo, Party Branch Secretary and Chairman of L&P Foods, convened a resumption-of-work and production meeting with mid-level and above managers to assess the current production safety situation and deploy key post-holiday tasks. The meeting emphasized the importance of upholding the principle of safe development, overcoming complacency, and strengthening safety management with a strong sense of responsibility—“always keeping safety in mind.”
The meeting required all departments to carry out pre-start hazard identification and rectification, with a focus on inspecting production equipment, fire protection facilities, and electrical systems to ensure that all safety facilities are intact and effective. It also called for the strict implementation of the production safety responsibility system, with responsibilities clearly cascaded to ensure accountability at every level and for every position.
Following the meeting, the company’s leadership team led special inspection task forces composed of departmental heads to conduct comprehensive safety inspections of production workshops, warehouses, power distribution rooms, tank farms, and the folic acid project site, among other key areas. For any hazards identified, corrective actions were immediately formulated, with clear assignment of responsible persons and deadlines, ensuring thorough rectification and a solid safety foundation for the orderly resumption of work and production after the Spring Festival.

At the meeting, Jiang Qiguo emphasized that all employees should quickly transition from the holiday atmosphere and return to work with full energy and focus. He stressed the need to remain constantly vigilant about production safety, strictly comply with all safety regulations and procedures, and resolutely eliminate behaviors such as unauthorized commands, improper operations, and violations of labor discipline.
He also called on employees to actively participate in hazard identification and rectification, promptly identify and eliminate potential safety risks, and work together to create a safe and stable production environment.
During the meeting, participants collectively viewed a post–holiday resumption-of-work and production safety training video produced by the China Chemical Safety Association. Through typical case studies, risk analyses, and fundamental requirements, the video provided an in-depth examination of safety risks associated with resuming operations and systematically explained key safety management points and operational standards.
