“Uniting New Strengths, Shaping a Shared Vision” — L&P Foods Holds Its Q1 2025 New Employee Forum

To strengthen new employees’ sense of belonging and foster open communication, L&P Food Ingredient Co., Ltd. (L&P Foods) successfully held a New Employee Forum at 4:00 p.m. on March 25, 2025, in the first-floor conference room. Jiang Qiguo, Party Branch Secretary and Chairman, attended the event and engaged in a warm and in-depth exchange with new team members.

At the forum, Jiang Qiguo reviewed the company’s development journey and shared the key decisions and milestones that have driven its growth. Speaking about the company’s 15th Five-Year Plan, he highlighted three core strategies:
1.Deepen focus on three core areas—sweeteners, antioxidants, and functional food ingredients—with the goal of becoming a globally leading provider of nutrition, health, and food safety solutions.
2.Advance business model innovation, expand selectively into downstream products, stay market-driven, and build a more competitive product portfolio powered by innovation-led upgrades.
3.Accelerate digital transformation, leveraging advanced digital technologies to enhance production and operational efficiency and achieve high-quality, sustainable growth.
In addition, Secretary Jiang emphasized the importance of both innovation and cost awareness. He encouraged new employees to break away from conventional thinking, proactively share ideas and suggestions, and at the same time embed cost consciousness into daily work by optimizing processes and eliminating all forms of waste.

During the interactive session, new employees spoke enthusiastically, sharing their experiences and gains since joining the company. Some noted that team collaboration had helped them develop valuable professional skills and communication abilities, while others described their experiences with the mentorship program.
The new employees also raised expectations and suggestions for improvement, including enriching leisure activities, enhancing daily living amenities, and improving existing accommodation conditions. Company leaders listened attentively to each contribution, carefully documented the feedback, and provided thoughtful and detailed responses to each point raised.
The forum proved highly effective, creating an open, efficient, and welcoming communication platform between new employees and the management team. It significantly strengthened new employees’ sense of identity and belonging to the company.
